VSR Balancing

As a critical step in our build process, each turbocharger undergoes precision VSR (Vibration Sorting Rig) balancing using one of our Turbo Technics VSR balancing units. This essential process controls the turbo's vibration levels, reducing noise and significantly extending bearing life. More importantly, excessive vibration places undue stress on the turbo’s bearings, potentially leading to premature failure. By reducing vibration to safe levels, VSR balancing ensures your turbocharger operates quietly and reliably, without overloading its bearings.
